Please review the troubleshooting steps listed below:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Ensure your device is enrolled to access Pinterest data.
    • For instructions on how to enroll with Intelligent Hub, review pages 6-9 of this document.
  • Quit your Chrome application, this will prompt you to select your certificate again.
    • Enter chrome://restart into your address bar and hit enter, this will prompt you to select your certificate again.
  • Connect to the GlobalProtect VPN and retry.
  • If the above options do not resolve your issue, please submit a Helpdesk ticket at helpdesk@pinterest.com or #it Slack Channel.
